Clarence River Cottage is ideal for groups of up to 12 people. Fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and two more bathrooms nearby. Beautiful riverfront location, hammocks, daybeds and kayaks. Great for craft weekends, yoga retreats, cooking retreats, mini conferences, water sports groups, dancing groups or other low key occasions. Sorry no loud parties! Quiet time is between 9pm and 7am.

Perfect location for bird watching and fishing either by boat or off the wharf. 3 single & 2 double kayaks and a padddleboard available for guest use. Abundant wildlife -wallabies, koalas & echidnas.
Telstra excellent, Optus & vodaphone not so good, NBN Fixed wireless free and fast in all buildings and rooms. Wifi assist works well. Starlink to be installed soon for even faster speeds. Overnight EV charge available for $20.
